Last year, I had to make the decision to leave my major of Nursing. It was a very difficult decision for me as I had worked hard to get into that nursing program, which is very competitive. I completed the first semester after two attempts (because COVID stopped us 8 weeks into the first attempt) with straight A's, and enjoyed the instructors, classmates, and especially the learning material. I had a great deal of conflict in this decision because I had worked so hard to get into this program, because it was a mid-life career change, and because I had already invested so much time, energy and money into making this happen.
